Does the monthly fee really include unlimited technicians?
Yes. You can have as many staff accounts as you need — admins, managers, and technicians — all included in the flat monthly rate.
What does "dedicated instance" mean?
Each PatchDesk customer gets their own separate database, hosting environment, and subdomain. Your data is never on shared infrastructure with other MSPs.
What's included in the setup fee?
The $299 setup fee covers deployment of your instance, initial configuration, DNS setup, OAuth configuration, and a 30-minute onboarding call to walk you through the platform.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. If you cancel, we'll provide a data export so you keep everything you've entered into the system.
